Our "TI-TAN" SERIES Titanium Dioxide pigments are manufactured by the sulphate process and supplied as a fine, dry white powder, which are inorganic coated with Al2O3 & SiO2 and special organic surface treated to have both good optical properties and excellent pigment properties.
Lithopone
It is used as a inert pigment for paint, ink and cosmetics & used as a base for lake pigment as well as in a large range of applications in plastic industry. It is used as a filler in paper, leather, and linoleum.
Glowtox
It is a light yellow colour powder containing 90% TITANIUM DIOXIDE with very fine particle size. Our "GLOWTOX" is mainly used in Architectural paint, Industrial Enamel, & Powder coatings.
Organoclay
Our "RIOBENT" series is an organically modified clay form from volcanic ash. It is mainly deriving from Bentonite through the process of ORGANOPHILITIZATION. It acts as viscosity modifier, anti settling agent, anti sagging agent. and also improves water resistance.
Matting Agents
Our "FMSIL" series is Silica based, having fine particle size and outstanding suspension behavior which allows surface with excellent slip effect. "FM SIL" Series is mainly used in Hight Grade Furniture Coatings, High Grade Decorative Coatings, Film Coatings, Coil Coatings, and Printing Inks.
Fumed Silica
It is purest form of Silica produced by chemical process known as precipitation. Our "SMOKSIL" Series helps in controlling liquid system, Adhesive, polymer's rheology and thixotropy. It also improves the quality of powder enhance antiblocking characteristics.
Silanes
Our "SLN" series is mainly used in Coatings & Inks to promote adhesion, water resistance, anticorrosion plus improving dispersion and wettability of fillers. In Sealants, it helps to improve better adhesion under dry & wet conditions
Aluminium Past & Powder
Our "ALPASTE" Series is mainly composed of ALUMINIUM with Petroleum solvent. "ALPASTE" has its own metallic luster and excellent luminous reflectance. At present our TOLL manufacturing unit produces both LEAFING & NON LEAFING grades. Due to the sparkling effect, our "ALPASTE" is widely used in PAINT & INK.
Zinc Dust
Our "ZN" Series is mainly separated by its particle size. It is widely used as anti corrosion agent, galvanizing agent. It is used in Coatings where low consistency and low reactivity are required. We recommend our "ZN" series for anti-fouling in Paints.
Stearates
Our "PALM" Series is manufactured mainly by vegetable fats & oils. Zinc Stearate is developed with combination of Stearic Acid & Zinc oxide which is widely used as sanding agent in Coating industry. Magnesium Stearate is produced by reaction of Sodium with magnesium sulfate. It is used as flattening agent in Paints, Varnishes & Lacquers.
